This type of diesel engine pump with trailer is a new structure product develped after repeated study of domestic and foreign similar technology. This pump group sets combines the advantages of self-priming and non-block sewage discharge ability, adopt diesel engine drive, when using, do not need to install bottom valve and no priming water needed. Pump group can discharge impurity medium containing bulk solids and fiber, and can be widely applicable to municipal sewage and flood control, agricultural irrigation, etc.

ZW Self-priming pump was inherently designed to allow the pump to re-prime itself typically under lift conditions. It can clear its passages of air if it becomes air bound and resume delivery of the pumpage without requiring outside attention. A self-priming pump will lift fluid from a level below the pump and is capable of evacuating air from the pump suction line without any external auxiliary devices. Widely used in environmental protection, agricultural,light industry, paper making, textile industry, food, chemical engineering, electric power, fiber, slurry, suspension and so on.

The bottom valve needn't be mounte in the pipeline. It ′s only necessary to reserve a fixed quantity of guide liquid in the pump body before work. CDL/CDLF high pressure water pump is special in high pressure, made of stainless steel 304 or 316, all parts touch with liquid are of stainless steel. The pump is vertical non-self priming multistage centrifugal pump, which drived by a standard electric motor.The motor output shaft directly connects with the pump shaft through a coupling. The pressure resistant cylingder and flow passagecomponets are fixed between pump head and inlet and outlet section with tie-bar bolts. The inlet and outlet are located at the pump bottom at the same plane. This kind of pump can be equipped with an intelligent protector to effectively prevent it from dry-running, out-of-phase and overload.
