Summary
1. CQ magnetic drive centrifugal pump is designed according to HG/T 2730 standard. It applies modern magnetic principles and uses the magnetic drive of permanent magnets to achieve non-contact transmission of torque.
2. The impeller and driven magnetic coupling are encased in a watertight canister within the pump body. Since the medium is enclosed in the static spacer sleeve, which achieve fully-sealed, leak-free, pollution-free in chemical processes, creating leak-free workshops and leak-free factories, and realizing safe and civilized production.
3. The NdFeb super strong magnets arranged in a circular pattern and encased in stainless steel. This assures that there is no slippage of the drive even when pumping liquids with a high specific gravity.
4. The CQ type pump can be customized with a heating jacket on the pump volute for pumping liquids that cannot be pumped in the cold state or that would cool down to below the solidification point when the pump is stopped.
