The vacuum assisted self-priming pump is mainly based on the strong self-priming pump and the open impeller self-priming pump, which adds a vacuum assisted system. The self-priming pump with the added vacuum assisted system has improved its self-priming performance by a higher level. If the strong self-priming pump is used, the self-priming height of the vacuum assisted self-priming pump can reach 9 meters, and the flow rate of this pump can reach up to 2000m3/h. Therefore, the main advantage of this pump is its wide flow range, The main feature of a vacuum assisted self suction pump using an open impeller self suction pump is that the anti clogging effect is particularly obvious, without any blockage phenomenon, and the self suction capacity can also reach 9 meters. If conveying low liquids containing a large amount of debris, it is recommended to choose a vacuum assisted self suction pump product with an open impeller.

Instructions for using vacuum assisted self suction pump:

1. Before starting the powerful self suction pump, there is no need to hold water, which meets the needs of a large number of users: a self suction pump that can run idle.

2. The strong self suction pump has a short self suction time and can absorb water even in the event of a malfunction in the vacuum system. However, the suction time can be extended to within 2-5 minutes before the water can be discharged, avoiding the consequence of the entire system being paralyzed due to damage to the vacuum pump in general centrifugal pump products

3. The powerful self suction pump can suck various sewage and pollutants with the effect of non clogging self suction sewage pump.

4. Compared to imported strong self suction pumps, the price of this product has saved a lot of costs, making it an ideal product for users.

5. The vacuum system can start and stop automatically, without the need for manual supervision like the originally configured vacuum pump, which has the disadvantage of manual start and stop. The ZSL parameter flow rate is 10-2000m3/h, and the head can be produced from 10 to 60 meters. The flow rate and head of the self priming pump without water filling can be customized according to user requirements. After configuring the vacuum system, the self suction height can reach 8-9 meters, and the horizontal distance is within 200 meters. The extension can be customized according to user requirements. The vacuum auxiliary device with a vacuum assisted self suction pump mainly consists of a controller, a vacuum pump, a steam water separator, a liquid level sensor, an exhaust valve, and other components connected through wires and pipelines, which are installed on the self suction pump. The liquid level sensor is installed inside the exhaust valve, which is installed at the inlet of the self suction pump. Above the exhaust valve, a pipeline is connected to the suction port of the electromagnetic valve and the steam water separator vacuum pump. The liquid level sensor, self suction pump motor, and vacuum pump motor are connected to the control cabinet through a power line to achieve automatic control of the vacuum pump and self suction pump through the control cabinet key. The outlet of the vacuum pump is equipped with a check valve. Press the start button on the control cabinet to start the vacuum pump first (which can also be made into a vacuum pump and a self suction pump). The air in the inlet pipeline and pump body of the self suction pump is extracted, forming a vacuum negative pressure state between the pump body and the inlet pipeline, so that the medium is filled with the inlet pipeline and pump body of the self suction pump.
