1. Inhalation pipeline leakage: To eliminate pipeline leakage, check within the allowable suction range. When the pump is started for 4-5 minutes and the water has not yet been sucked up, please use your ears to close to the suspected leaking area of the inlet pipeline and listen for the sound of suction. Alternatively, apply white emulsion glue to the suspected leaking area for repair.


2. Diesel engine self priming pump body not filled with storage fluid or insufficient storage fluid: add enough.


3. Too high suction head or too long suction pipeline: reduce the suction head or shorten the pipeline.


4. Reverse connection of three-phase motor wiring: swap the two phases.


5. Impeller damage or wear: replace with a new impeller 6. Excessive mechanical seal leakage: Repair or replace the mechanical seal of the diesel engine self suction pump.


7. The return hole of the diesel engine self suction pump is blocked, causing the separation of steam and water to be impossible: check and clean it.
