How to ensure stable flow and head operation of ZW self-priming pump during operation?

Self suction stabilization method:
1. The suction pipe of the ZW self-priming pump has a bottom valve installed at the suction port, but the bottom valve cannot lift properly. It is recommended to choose a suitable bottom valve.
2. Due to the length of the inlet pipeline exceeding the self suction capacity of the self suction pump, if the inlet pipeline is submerged in water by more than 1 meter, it is recommended to shorten the length of the pipeline in water to reduce the self suction distance.
3. The self priming pump has not yet sucked up the water, so the end of the outlet pipeline has not discharged water. Some users understand this situation as the reason why the head of the self priming pump cannot be reached. Therefore, a ball valve and a pressure gauge should be installed at the outlet of the self priming pump, and the pressure gauge should be installed between the pump outlet and the ball valve to facilitate the observation of the outlet pressure situation and determine whether the water has been sucked up.
4. The selection error is that the actual working condition head is too high, and the head of the self suction pump cannot meet the actual working condition requirements. The solution to this problem is to replace the high head self suction pump.
6. The transported liquid is highly corrosive, and the impeller of the self suction pump has suffered severe corrosion. It is recommended to choose corrosion-resistant self suction pump products such as stainless steel or fluoroplastic self suction pumps, or if the impeller of the self suction pump experiences wear after prolonged use and the gap between the impeller and the pump cover is too large, which is also the reason why the head of the self suction pump cannot be reached. It is recommended to replace the impeller with a new one.
7. The self suction pump head purchased by the user is incorrect compared to the self equipped motor, for example: a motor of 2900r/min is actually needed, but the user has configured a motor of 1450r/min.
Flow stabilization method:
At the beginning of using the ZW self priming pump, the pump body must be filled with water as a guide. The suction pipeline must be absolutely sealed. It is normal for the flow rate to be unstable when starting because it becomes stable after the air is discharged.
